Make up Examination

Dear Students,

A student who, because of extenuating circumstances such as illness, injury or other personal emergencies, is unable to present oneself at a semester examination should apply in writing to HK campus for a make-up examination to be arranged.

Application for make-up examination, together with documented evidence, has to be submitted to HK campus 2 weeks before the scheduled examination. Application without documented evidence will not be accepted.

If your absence is due to illness, a medical certificate completed by a qualified medical practitioner must be submitted to HK campus within 5 working days after the missed examination.

If the application is approved, the make-up examination will be arranged. A $500 fee will be charged for each make-up examination.

A student who is absent from an examination and does not apply for a make-up examination or the application is disapproved, will be awarded a “zero” mark for the missed examination.
