Upper Iowa University – Hong Kong Center has been closely monitoring and reviewing the coronavirus situation in Hong Kong. Having continuously received advice from experts, we now come to the view that we will need more time before allowing teaching to resume.
We have decided that the face-to-face teaching classes will be further suspended and all classes will be delivered online until the end of Session 3 (6 March 2020). All assessments including final exams will be conducted online. Regular face-to-face classes will be resumed from Session 4 (16 March 2020). During this period, our center will be open Monday – Friday (11am-4pm), Saturday and Sunday (Close). Students are not suggested to return to the Center during this period. However, if you do so, please wear your mask at all times in the center.
Like many in the society, we are dealing with tremendous human health challenges. The situation is changing rapidly and we hope to work with you to provide the best possible delivery for our safety, teaching, and learning. We very much appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please stay vigilant and continue to make personal health your top priority.
